Born in France, I started with classical and jazz dance from the age of 6 and practiced classical dance for 20 years.
I then spent time teaching fitness from 2000 to 2015 along with earning a Sport Science Degree (Fitness Powerlifting, Weightlifting) – France 2004
I began to practice and teach Pilates in 2007. That same year I became the owner and Instructor of my own gym, teaching fitness and Pilates for 8 years before I moved to Jersey.
In 2020, I took the opportunity to retrain myself and qualified with BASI Pilates UK (Body Arts and Science International) in both Mat and Apparatus. I am also certified for Pilates with Injuries and Pathologies.

I have no particular favourite exercise, they all have their benefits.

Although I am a huge music fan, the only noise you’ll hear are my cues …
What is your favourite Pilates myth?
It’s easy! (until you do it right….)
What do you like to do when you are not on the mat or teaching?
Walk my dogs!

1. My dog number 1
2. My dog number 2
3. I’d have to find a dog number 3
What is a ‘fun fact’ about you?
I’m not fun at all 🤣
