Please Bear in Mind That Yoga Is a Physical Exercise, You Should Consult Your Doctor If You Think That Practicing Yoga Might Cause You Any Health Difficulties. We Don’t Think It Will, but We Are Not Your Doctor.
The More We Know in Advance the Better Prepared We Can Be. Where Possible Please Advise Ahead of Time If You Have Any Medical Conditions or Injuries so We May Give You Modifications, Learn Your Limitations and Discuss Which Classes Would Be Best for You.
Shoes Are Not Allowed in the Studio for Hygiene Reasons. Please Take Your Shoes off Outside the Door and Store Them in the Boxes Located on Your Right as You Enter the Room.
The Studio Does Not Accept Any Responsibility for Loss or Damage to Any of Your Belongings, Whether During Your Time on the Premises or in the Event You Leave Any Belongings Behind When You Depart.
Please Exit the Room Promptly after Your Class. There Maybe Another Class Shortly After. I Encourage You to Pop Downstairs to the Hotel Café Bar, Where You Can Debrief and Catch up over a Yogi Tea. Please Use the Main Café Bar Entrance.
All of Our Classes Start on Time, so Please Make Sure You Are on Your Mat at Least 5 Minutes Beforehand to Allow Yourself Adequate Time to Prepare for Class. Your Instructor Will Take a Register Before the Class Starts. Admittance Will Be Not Allowed 5 Minutes after the Class Has Commenced. If You Are Late, Please Be as Quiet as Possible. Respect Your Fellow Students’ Time and Space.
The Studio Is a Fully Equipped Facility and Will Be Set up When You Arrive, with Equal Spacing Between Mats Being Arranged Before the Start of Each Class. Props Such as Blocks and Bolsters Will Also Be Made Available for You to Use Where Necessary. In the Interest of Hygiene, However, We Would Recommend You Bring Your Own Yoga Mat or Yoga Mat Towel to Place over the Studio Mat. It Has Been a Difficult Couple of Years for Our Community and We Would like You to Feel as Protected as Possible. Similarly, If You Have Any Favourite Props, You Should Bring Them to Class. Please Rest Assured That the Studio Mats Are Treated with Hygiene Spray after Every Class.
The Studio Is a Quiet Space and, as Such, You Should Keep Conversation Volumes down Before, During and after Class. This Is a Place Where You Can Reconnect with Yourself and Leave the Outside World Behind for a While.
Only Sealable Water Bottles Are Permitted Inside the Studio. If You Accidentally Spill Any Liquid When Using the Facility, Please Immediately Inform Your Teacher
The Use of Mobile Phones Inside and Around the Entrance to the Studio Is Prohibited. Mobiles Should Be Placed on Silent and Stored with Your Other Belongings in the Dedicated Boxes.
